Main advantages for plate induction hardening line

●  The roller table between the induction heater is made of 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and through water for cooling. The other parts of the roller is 45 steel and surface hardening heat treatment.

●  Configurable integrated quench liquid circulation cooling system.

●   Roller grouping: Independently controlled for feeding group,induction heater and the discharge group, which is conducive to continuous heating without generating gap between the workpiece.

●   Temperature closed-loop system: quenching and tempering are all using America Raytek infrared thermometer and the German Siemens S7 to form closed loop control system with precise temperature control.

●   CNC system or PLC frequency control system to achieve workpiece positioning, scanning; Achieving automatic production by connection PLC and power supply.

●   The soft water closed recirculating doesn’t contact with air to avoid scaling, blocking phenomenon and Electrolysis phenomenon due to water quality problem;

●   Fan motor+coil+spray(Three treble cooling) the cooling effect is good;

●   Do not need to make pool;
