IGBT induction heating power supply for Steel pipe induction heat treatment system
1. Large module, high-power multi-unit control technology Using German large IGBT module, special large module drive technology, reducing the unit quantity greatly, improve reliability and reduce follow-up maintenance work. And each unit bridge drive separately, separate current detection, to achieve full current, even the single IGBT damage, the fault coverage will not expand.
2. Full digital control, long service life design, high reliability.Using DSP digital control technology direct series resonant, accurate digital resonant zero-crossing switch technology, large module drive technology and IGBT module power margin, which makes the machine more safe and reliable, at least 20 years service life.
3. Constant current, constant power, constant temperature multi-running mode The constant current and constant power operation controlled by DSP can automatically compensate for the change of load impedance and grid voltage. For the heating mode of continuous feeding, excellent linear heating characteristics can be obtained during the start and stop phases. With infrared temperature detection, IGBT can achieve constant temperature closed-loop operation in the mode of heating mode of continuous feeding.
4. Ultra-high efficiency, high power factorLoad inverter efficiency can be up to 96%, the power supply has measures of reactance filter and power factor correction. Power factor can be up to 93% or more.
5. Insulation resistance on-line monitoring Available to monitor the inductor circuit ground insulation resistance value (digital display, such as 200KΩ) inline, and set the insulation resistance protection value, which can protect the equipment safety, but also help protect personal safety.
