The Forever steel pipe annealing equipment operates based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. By generating an alternating magnetic field through an induction coil, when the steel pipe enters the induction area, an induced current (eddy current) is generated inside, causing the steel pipe to quickly and uniformly heat up to the target temperature, and then undergo corresponding annealing and cooling treatment to improve the structural properties of the steel pipe and eliminate internal stress.

Power supply: Provides high-frequency or medium frequency alternating current to ensure that the induction coil generates a stable magnetic field, which is the “driving” part of the equipment.

Induction coil: Customized according to the specifications of the steel pipe, it is the main executing component of the heating equipment, used to generate an alternating magnetic field to generate eddy currents in the steel pipe for heating.

Water cooling system: During the induction heating process, a large amount of heat is generated. The water cooling system ensures the stability of equipment operation by circulating water cooling induction coils and power components.

Control system: It can accurately adjust the heating temperature, time, and power to meet the processing requirements of different steel pipes, improve production efficiency, and monitor the steel pipe temperature in real time to ensure that the heating process reaches the precise temperature range required by the process, avoiding overheating or underheating phenomena.
