The equipment provides the required heating temperature for the steel billet rolling process through a KGPS 5000 kW medium frequency heating power supply. The steel billet generates eddy currents in the induction coil and achieves uniform temperature rise through spontaneous heating, ensuring that it reaches the ideal temperature state before entering the rolling mill.
The steel Billet induction heating furnace is designed with induction heating coils based on the actual size of the workpiece according to the customer, ensuring temperature uniformity during the heating process. The high-power configuration of KGPS 5000 kilowatts provides the required heat for steel billets in a short period of time, achieving a production efficiency of 30 tons per hour.
