How do you know about the induction heat treatment?
Generally speaking,Induction heat treatment is a process to change the structure and properties of metal materials through a certain heat, heat preservation and cooling in the solid state.
This is our broad understanding of the heat treatment, in fact, the induction heat treatment also includes the following process:
FIRST.Induction annealing: the metal or alloy materials or parts of the heating to the phase transition or part of the phase transition temperature, thermal insulation for a period of time, and then slow cooling of a heat treatment process.
SECOND.Induction normalizing: heating the steel to the full transformation above a certain temperature, holding for a certain time, and then, in the air cooling a heat treatment process.
THIRD,Induction hardening: the steel heating to the phase change or part of the transformation temperature, thermal insulation for a period of time, the rapid cooling of the heat treatment process.
FOURTH.Induction tempering: after the quenching of steel, re heating to a certain temperature (below the phase transition temperature), thermal insulation for a period of time, and then cooling the heat treatment process.
FIFTH, Induction quenching and tempering treatment: the steel parts quenching, followed by high temperature tempering, the composite process known as quenching and tempering treatment.
SIXTH.Surface heat treatment: change the surface of the steel parts or chemical composition, with its surface modification of the surface properties of the heat treatment process.
