The mechanical components of the square Billet induction heating system include the furnace frame, feeding mechanism, feeding mechanism, discharging mechanism, etc. The action setting and heating cycle are completed by LPC.
1. Feeding mechanism The feeding mechanism is completed by a storage platform, a V-shaped groove in front of the furnace, and a conveying device. Install a roller discharge mechanism at the discharge port to prevent the material from colliding with the furnace outlet.
