Wind power industry

The wind power industry is a sustainable industry for environment protection. In the wind power industry, our hardening and tempering furnace is also involved, such as: wind power bolts, anchor bolts, high strength fasteners and so on.These parts can be used for engineering only after heat treatment.

Engineering machinery

In the field of engineering machinery, our quenching and tempering furnace is also widely used, such as: bulldozer blade board, knife angle board, engineering blade and other parts.

Over 13 years development in the field of induction heat treatment, Forever has manufactured more than 10 sets of plate heat treatment line. Here we take Shandong customer’s project as the case:

1.Larger plate: 830 * 510 * 60
   Intermediate: 540 * 320 * 38
   Smaller: 340 * 270 * 25

2. the production efficiency: 200 seconds / pieces

3. Heating temperature: 1000 degrees Celsius

4.Temperature difference is less than 50 degrees Celsius

5.The frequency is adjustable.

Bulldozer blade plate hardening and tempering furnace is composed of induction heating system, induction heating power supply, quenching box, press machine, PLC console, receiving platform and so on.

According to customer demand, the line can be equipped with infrared thermometer device, cooling towers, power transformers, low voltage distribution cabinets and so on.

Petroleum Machinery

In the industry of Petroleum Machinery, Forever hardening and tempering furnace can be used for heat treatment of casing pipe, line pipe, tubing, sucker rod etc. 

Here we take sucker rod heat treatment line as example:

1.Part to be heated:Sucker rod

2.Sucker rod size: (Ø16, Ø19, Ø22, Ø25, Ø32) mm × (7520 ~ 9100) mm

3.Quenching temperature: 850 ℃

4.Quenching depth: 1.1 ~ 2.3mm

5.Equipment power: 200KW

Compared with old quenching machine, our new type quenching machine has the following advantages:

1. High efficiency: the old production efficiency is 12-15 pcs per hour, our new equipment production efficiency is 20 pcs per hour.

2. Equipment is controlled by program, only one person can operate the whole system.

3. The line speed can be adjustable as per production requirements.

Railway industry

Forever induction heating equipment is widely used for railway tie plate, clip and rail way heating before forging.

This year we worked with Tangshan Steel group and provide one set of tie plate induction heating system. The following is the paramters:

1. Material: low carbon steel;
2. Specifications: Width: 14 “, 14 3/4″, 16 “, 18″;
3. Heating temperature: 850 ℃ ± 10 ℃;
4. Production efficiency: ≥ 6.0 t / h; 10 ~ 13 pcs/ hour;

 Automobile industry

YuanTuo hardening and tempering furnace is used for auto spare parts heat treatment, such as torsion bar, sway bar, stabilizer bar, leaf spring etc.
